Introduction and Informed Consent

My name is Stacie D. Wyatt. I am majoring in new media journalism at Full Sail University. For my capstone project, I am focusing on the factors, which influence African-Americans to choose or maintain a celibate lifestyle.

The factors include STD avoidance, Pregnancy, and Religion/Morality. The questions will focus on celibacy and STDS. Some of the questions are personal.
No information will be shared outside of this project. The responses will be used to help me refine my final capstone thesis and multimedia project.The survey should take less than five minutes to complete.
